Every seat is verified before it opens. We check operating authority and safety status against public FMCSA records, produce licences against the USDA PACA register, and meat and poultry establishments against the USDA FSIS directory. A person reads every application on top of that. It is a check of the public record, not a credit check or a guarantee about anyone.

Every seat on LogisticsETS is free through December 31, 2026. Nothing is charged during the beta and we do not ask for a card.
These seats do not start paying when the beta ends. They are the supply the network runs on, and charging them would be charging the wrong end.
These are the rates for the seats that earn from the network. They are published now so nobody is surprised later.

When a deal chain on the network completes and money changes hands, the seat that earned the margin pays a flat $25 for that segment. In plain English: the broker or the market that made the money on a load pays $25 for it. It is a fixed amount, not a percentage, so it does not go up because the load was worth more. Carriers, producers and service providers never pay it, and it is never taken out of the freight money — we do not touch a payment between members.
The fee switches on only after paid terms are published, with 30 days' notice.
Billed monthly by invoice through QuickBooks. No card is taken on this site, and there is nothing to buy here. Paid terms will be published before anything is charged, and every seat gets 30 days' notice first.
Seats are free through December 31, 2026. It takes one form, a person reads it, and we verify your company before the seat opens.
