Refund & Cancellation

Effective August 31, 2026. Last updated September 7, 2026. This document is published by Lucky Duck Productions LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, for the site logisticsets.com and the LogisticsETS™ and Logic TMS™ services.

1. The short version

Seats are free during the beta. We do not charge you, we do not ask for a card, and no invoice is raised — so there is no fee to refund. You can close your seat whenever you like, and it costs you nothing to do it.

2. No fees during beta

• No charge for a seat, for the boards, or for a Logic TMS workspace during beta.
• We do not collect card or bank details, and we do not store any.
• No trial clock runs down into a charge. Nothing converts to a paid plan on its own.
• If anyone ever asks you to pay for a LogisticsETS beta seat, it is not us — tell us at hello@logisticsets.com.

3. Cancelling your seat

Email hello@logisticsets.com and ask us to close it. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee and no exit interview. We will confirm when it is done.

4. Your data when you leave

• Export it — ask before or after you close the seat and we will get you a copy of your workspace data in a usable format. Ask within a reasonable window, and definitely before you ask us to delete it.
• Deletion on request, other than the limited records we are required to keep for legal, tax and fraud-prevention reasons.
• Details are in the Privacy Notice.

5. If we close a seat

We may close a seat because the beta ends, because the seat has gone unused, because verification failed or authority lapsed, or because of a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy. Where we reasonably can, we give notice first; for fraud, safety or legal reasons we may act immediately.

Either way, because the beta is free, no fee is owed in either direction. Your export and deletion rights are the same as if you had closed it yourself.

6. If we introduce paid plans

When paid plans arrive, this page stops being the whole story — and we will not let that sneak up on anyone:

• We will publish separate paid terms with the fees, the billing cycle and a real refund policy, before anything can be charged.
• Existing beta members get advance notice by email.
• Nothing converts automatically. Moving to a paid plan takes an affirmative choice by you.
• Until you make that choice, the terms on this page are the ones that apply to you.

7. Who we are, and how to reach us

LogisticsETS and Logic TMS are products of Lucky Duck Productions LLC, an Oregon limited liability company. In this document “we”, “us” and “our” mean Lucky Duck Productions LLC. “The service” means the website logisticsets.com, the LogisticsETS freight boards, and the Logic TMS workspaces we host for members. “You” means the company using the service and the people who use it on that company's behalf.
