LogisticsETS is in beta. Seats are free while the beta runs and are granted by application after a person reviews it. Nothing is charged, and we do not ask for a card. The service is provided as it is, with no uptime guarantee, and features can change while we build.

1. The program
Logistics ETS text alerts, operated by Lucky Duck Productions LLC for the LogisticsETS freight network.
- Network number: +1 541-539-4760
- What we send: load alerts you asked for, one-time codes when you sign a rate confirmation, driver check-in and timing updates on loads you are a party to, and two-way replies with the dispatcher on that load.
- What we never send: marketing texts. Not ours, and not anybody else's.
- Message frequency varies — it follows your freight, not a schedule.
- Cost: we charge nothing. Message and data rates may apply from your own mobile carrier.
- Consent is not a condition of a seat, of an application, or of anything else.
This page is public and needs no account, so that a member, a mobile carrier or our messaging provider can see the whole opt-in without taking our word for it.
2. The consent language, word for word
This is the exact text next to the checkbox, wherever the checkbox appears. It is never pre-ticked and never required.

Ticking it records your consent against the mobile number typed directly above it, with the date and the wording you agreed to.
3. Opt-in path one — the box under the mobile number
Every LogisticsETS form that asks for a mobile number carries the box in section 2, directly beneath the number, on the same screen, in the same submit. There is no second page and no pre-selected default.

Submitting the form with the box ticked is what creates the consent record. Submitting it with the box untouched creates no consent, and nothing is ever texted to that number.
4. Opt-in path two — the same box inside your account
If you already hold a seat, the same box lives on your own settings screen: Text alerts, in the sidebar next to Alerts — the mobile number you want texts on, and the identical consent box from section 2 directly beneath it. It is optional, never pre-ticked, and saving the page with it clear records no consent and sends nothing.

Un-ticking the box on that screen is a full opt-out. It is recorded exactly as an inbound STOP is, and the number is blocked for every part of the network — not paused, and not overridable by anyone at our end. Changing the number on that screen opts the old number out at the same time, so a consent can never be moved onto a phone that did not give it.
The words on that box are not a re-typing of the ones in section 2. They are the same string, shipped from one place, and an automated check refuses both a website deploy and a product release if the two ever stop matching.
5. Opt-in path three — text START
You can also start the program from your own handset: text START to +1 541-539-4760. Texting START is itself the consent, and the network replies confirming what you signed up for and how to stop:

help.A number that has neither ticked the box nor texted START is never texted. Our sender refuses the send before it reaches the network — consent cannot be overridden by an operator.

7. How to stop, and how to get help
Reply STOP to any message. The number is opted out immediately and you get one confirmation:

8. Mobile information, privacy and terms
The clause that governs what happens to your number, verbatim, and the same on every page it appears on:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
