Demo

The beta is open — every seat is free through December 31, 2026. The boards below run on sample data from our demonstration system. See what a seat gets you, or apply for a seat.

Offering two — the whole desk

Logic TMS. Your system, not a seat on someone else's.

The full transportation management system — loads, bids, orders, rate confirmations, dispatch and POD — built for transportation and logistics by someone who ran a brokerage. It runs as your system: on a DuckBot appliance in your own office, or in the cloud.

The beta is open · every seat free through December 31, 2026 · unlimited users on every deployment

Two ways to run it

Same system either way. The difference is where it lives and who holds the keys.

On‑premise

On your own DuckBot appliance

A small, quiet box that sits in your office and runs your Logic TMS on your own network. Your book never leaves the building unless you send it. We build it, ship it, set it up and keep it patched.

  • Your data physically stays with you
  • Keeps working on your LAN when the internet doesn't
  • Backed up off-site so a dead box is an inconvenience, not a disaster
  • Remote maintenance by us — you don't need an IT person
Cloud

Hosted in the cloud

Your own private tenant on our infrastructure, on your own domain. Nothing to plug in, nothing on your desk — open a browser from anywhere and your desk is there.

  • Live in days, not weeks
  • Your own domain and branding
  • Patched, monitored and backed up by us
  • Scales with the desk — add people without adding hardware

What's in it

Loads & the dispatch loop

Post a load, take carrier bids, award it, and watch the order and rate confirmation generate themselves. Then dispatch it, follow the status and hours the driver reports, and close it out with the POD.

Carriers, shippers & contacts

A real CRM underneath, not a spreadsheet with a login. Companies, people, lanes, rates and every conversation attached to the record.

Orders & rate confirmations

Award a load and the order and the rate confirmation write themselves, with accessorials on the confirmation so detention and layover stop leaking money. Invoicing is coming.

Board integration

Post once here and it goes to the network board and to the rate sheets you email out. One visibility switch per posting decides where. Syndication to LoadBoard123 and Trulos is coming.

Your whole team, by role

Brokers, dispatchers, drivers, accounting — each role lands on its own dashboard and sees what it should.

Assistant built in

Ask for the load, the lane or the carrier in plain English and get it, grounded in your own book — not a generic answer off the internet.

Pricing

Free through December 31, 2026.

Every seat on LogisticsETS is free through December 31, 2026. Nothing is charged during the beta and we do not ask for a card.

After the beta

Logic TMS is the private system a company runs for itself, so it is priced whether you take it in the cloud or on a box in your own building. Unlimited users either way, and board membership for the whole desk is included.

Logic TMS — Cloud

$1,095/mo

Your own private tenant on our infrastructure, on your own domain, unlimited users, up to 250 loads a month. We patch it, monitor it and back it up. $2,500 one-time setup, waived on an annual term. Board membership for the whole desk is included.

Logic TMS — DuckBot appliance

$795/mo

The whole system on your own box, in your building — your data never leaves it. $3,500 one-time covers the appliance, the build, setup and data migration; the monthly covers unlimited users, remote maintenance, patching, off-site backup and board membership for the desk.

The transaction fee

When a deal chain on the network completes and money changes hands, the seat that earned the margin pays a flat $25 for that segment. In plain English: the broker or the market that made the money on a load pays $25 for it. It is a fixed amount, not a percentage, so it does not go up because the load was worth more. Carriers, producers and service providers never pay it, and it is never taken out of the freight money — we do not touch a payment between members.

The fee switches on only after paid terms are published, with 30 days' notice.

How billing works

Billed monthly by invoice through QuickBooks. No card is taken on this site, and there is nothing to buy here. Paid terms will be published before anything is charged, and every seat gets 30 days' notice first.

We'll show you the system running on the demo book, then talk about what your own would look like — appliance or cloud.
