Privacy Notice

Effective August 31, 2026. Last updated September 7, 2026. This document is published by Lucky Duck Productions LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, for the site logisticsets.com and the LogisticsETS™ and Logic TMS™ services.

1. Who you are dealing with

LogisticsETS and Logic TMS are products of Lucky Duck Productions LLC, an Oregon limited liability company. In this document “we”, “us” and “our” mean Lucky Duck Productions LLC. “The service” means the website logisticsets.com, the LogisticsETS freight boards, and the Logic TMS workspaces we host for members. “You” means the company using the service and the people who use it on that company's behalf.

2. What we collect

What you give us

• Application and waitlist details — your name, legal company name, work email, phone number, company website, MC or docket number, USDOT number, your role (carrier, broker, shipper or producer), and whatever you tell us about the freight you move.
• Workspace content — the loads, lanes, rates, contacts, documents and records you put into Logic TMS.
• Anything you send us by email or through support.

What we look up

• Public FMCSA records about your company — operating authority status, out-of-service orders, safety and inspection data, insurance and bond filings, and the contact details on the FMCSA registration. This is public record data, and we keep a note of what we found and when we looked.

What the system records on its own

• Usage data — which pages and features are used, and when.
• Technical logs — IP address, browser user agent and timestamps. Form submissions are logged this way specifically to detect and block abuse and automated spam.
• Message records — that a transactional email or text was sent to you, and whether it was delivered.

3. Why we collect it

• To verify your company and decide whether to open a seat.
• To run the service, host your workspace and support you.
• To contact you about your application, your account and your seat.
• To keep the network safe — fraud detection, abuse prevention, and re-verification.
• To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

4. What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data. Not to data brokers, not to lead resellers, not to anybody.
• We do not rent or share your details for anyone else's marketing.
• We do not send you marketing without consent. The tick box on our forms is that consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
• We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on logisticsets.com. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
• We do not publish your workspace records, your rates or your book to other members.

5. Verification against public FMCSA records

This is the core of what LogisticsETS is, so here it is plainly:

• When you apply, we look your company up in public FMCSA records — operating authority, out-of-service status, safety and inspection history, and insurance and bond filings.
• We send a verification message to the contact address you give us and require it to be confirmed, and we weigh those contact details as part of the check — whether the email domain matches the company website you name, and whether it is a throwaway address. Our verification methods may expand as the network grows, including confirmation against contact details on file with the FMCSA. If that changes what we collect, this notice changes first.
• We re-verify seated members periodically for as long as the seat is open.
• If authority lapses, an out-of-service order appears, or the record stops matching the application, we may suspend or close the seat.
• We record what the public record said and when we checked, so a decision can be explained later.

FMCSA record data is public information published by the federal regulator. Being verified here means the public record matched at the time we looked — it is not a credit rating, an insurance placement, a safety audit, or a promise about anyone's conduct.

6. Emails, text messages (SMS) and mobile information

Transactional messages — about your application, verification, your seat, security, or a change to a document like this one — are part of providing the service you asked for, and are sent whether or not you have opted in to anything else.

Marketing messages are sent only with your consent. Every marketing email carries an opt-out link. For text messages, reply STOP to stop them. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Withdrawing consent does not stop transactional messages about an open seat.

Text messaging (SMS) and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, lease or otherwise disclose your mobile number, or the record of your consent to be texted, to anybody for their own marketing. The only parties who ever see it are the people here who run the service and the messaging provider named below, and they see it only to deliver the messages you asked for.

How we collect a mobile number and your consent to text it

• You tick the text-alerts box on a LogisticsETS form. The box sits directly under the mobile number you typed, it is never pre-ticked, and it is never required — consent to be texted is not a condition of a seat, an application, or anything else. The exact wording of that box, and a picture of it, are published at Text alerts (SMS) — how you opt in.
• You tick the same box on your own account's Text alerts screen, if you hold a seat. Identical wording, identical rules: optional, never pre-ticked. Un-ticking it opts the number out exactly as replying STOP does, and changing the number on that screen opts the old one out at the same time.
• You text START to +1 541-539-4760, the LogisticsETS network number. Texting START is itself the consent, and we reply confirming what you have signed up for and how to stop.
• You tell a person here — on a call or in writing — and we record who gave consent, when, and in what words, in a consent ledger. We do not text a number that has no record of consent, and we cannot override that.

What we send, and how often

Load alerts you asked for, one-time codes when you sign a rate confirmation, driver check-in and timing updates on loads you are a party to, and two-way replies with the dispatcher on that load. Message frequency varies — it follows your freight, not a schedule. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing texts.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and the number is opted out immediately; reply HELP for the support line. You can also email hello@logisticsets.com. Opting out of texts does not close your seat and does not stop email about it.

Who processes it

Text messages are delivered for us by Twilio Inc. as our messaging provider, under contract, solely to send and receive the messages described here. Twilio does not receive your mobile number for its own marketing, and neither does anyone else.

Program: Logistics ETS text alerts by Lucky Duck Productions LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of any seat. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How long we keep it

We keep the record that you consented — the number, the date, and how consent was given — for as long as the number is opted in and afterwards for as long as we may need to show that the messages we sent were asked for. Message logs (that a message was sent, to which number, and whether it was delivered) are kept with the load or record they belong to. A STOP is kept too, because it is what stops us texting you again.

7. Who else sees it

• Service providers who host, back up, send mail or provide infrastructure for us, under contract, only to do that work.
• Other members, but only what the network is meant to show — your company name, verified status, and what you choose to post on a board. Your workspace records are not shown to other members.
• Regulators and law enforcement where the law requires it, or where reporting identity fraud or double-brokering is appropriate (see the Acceptable Use Policy).
• A successor, if the business is ever sold or reorganised — with this notice still applying to the data.

8. Cookies

Minimal, and none of them for advertising.

• logisticsets.com carries no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.
• Signing in to a Logic TMS workspace sets a strictly necessary session cookie so the application knows you are logged in. It is not used to follow you anywhere.
• Your browser's own security and preference storage may be used to keep the application working.

9. How long we keep it

We keep application and verification records while your seat is open, and afterwards only as long as we need them for legal, tax, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons. Workspace content is kept while the seat is open and deleted on request after it closes, subject to those same obligations. Technical and abuse logs are kept for a short period and then rotated out.

10. Your choices

You can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• export your data in a usable format;
• delete your data, other than records we must keep;
• stop marketing messages, or withdraw a consent you gave.

11. Security

Traffic to the site and to your workspace is encrypted in transit. Access to member data is restricted to the people who need it to run the service. Workspaces are kept separate from one another, and backups are taken and held securely. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise — if a breach affects your information we will notify you as the law requires.

12. Children

This is a service for freight businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

13. Where we operate

Lucky Duck Productions LLC operates from Oregon, in the United States, and the data described here is processed in the United States. If you are outside the United States and you use the service, your information is handled here.

14. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice. The current version always lives at this address with its effective date at the top. If a change is material we will notify seated members by email before it takes effect.
