Legal
Acceptable Use Policy
A verified-only network only works if the rules are enforced. These are the rules, and what happens when someone breaks them.
Effective August 31, 2026. Last updated September 7, 2026.
This document is published by Lucky Duck Productions LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, for the site
logisticsets.com and the LogisticsETS™ and Logic TMS™ services.
LogisticsETS is in beta. Seats are free while the beta runs and are granted by
application after a person reviews it. Nothing is charged, and we do not ask for a card. The service
is provided as it is, with no uptime guarantee, and features can change while we build.
1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to every company with a
seat, everyone who uses the service on that company's behalf, and anyone using the LogisticsETS
boards or a Logic TMS workspace. It is part of the Terms of
Service.
LogisticsETS and Logic TMS are products of Lucky Duck Productions LLC, an Oregon limited
liability company. In this document “we”, “us” and “our” mean
Lucky Duck Productions LLC. “The service” means the website logisticsets.com, the LogisticsETS freight boards,
and the Logic TMS workspaces we host for members. “You” means the company using the
service and the people who use it on that company's behalf.
Questions about anything on this page go to

2. Be who you say you are
This is the one that matters most. The
whole value of a verified network is that the company on the other end is real.
- Use your accurate legal company name, MC or docket number, USDOT number,
authority and insurance details. Keep them current.
- Do not use another company's authority, identity, name, MC number or insurance,
and do not let anyone use yours.
- Do not use a lookalike company name, email domain or phone number to pass yourself off as an
authorized carrier or broker.
- Do not misrepresent your role — do not hold yourself out as a carrier when you intend to
broker the freight.
- Do not create a seat for a company that has not been verified, or keep using a seat after your
authority has lapsed or been revoked.
3. Double-brokering and identity fraud: zero tolerance
The following
are grounds for immediate termination without notice:
- Double-brokering — re-brokering or re-assigning a load you accepted as a
carrier, without the required broker authority and the written consent of the party that tendered
it.
- Posting or tendering freight you do not control.
- Identity fraud of any kind — impersonating another company, spoofing a
carrier's contact details, or using stolen or borrowed credentials.
- Forged or altered rate confirmations, certificates of insurance, W-9s, authority letters or
payment instructions.
- Redirecting another party's payment, or presenting banking or remittance details that are not
your company's.
Where this happens we will close the seat, keep our records of it, notify the counterparty
we introduced so they can protect their freight and their money, and refer the
matter to the FMCSA and to law enforcement where that is appropriate. We may decline to do
business with the people involved again, at any company.
4. No scraping, harvesting or reselling board data
- No bots, crawlers, scrapers or automated collection against the boards or the application,
except an interface we have given you in writing.
- No bulk downloading, copying or storing of postings, member lists or contact details beyond
what you need for a deal you are actually working.
- No republishing, reselling, syndicating or feeding our data into another load board, database
or product.
- No circumventing rate limits, access controls, log-ins or the verification gate.
- No using postings as a source of cold-contact lists.
5. Lawful freight only
- Hold and maintain the authority, licensing, registration and insurance your operation requires,
and the endorsements for what you actually haul.
- No stolen, contraband, smuggled or illegally transported goods. No facilitating cargo
theft.
- No hazardous or otherwise regulated freight without the required authority, endorsements,
placarding and handling.
- No transactions that breach sanctions, embargoes or export controls.
- Comply with the safety rules that apply to you, including hours-of-service and equipment
requirements. Do not ask anyone else to break them.
6. Deal honestly on the boards
- No fake, duplicate, stale or speculative postings, and no phantom capacity.
- No bait rates — post what you will actually pay or accept.
- Take down a posting once it is covered.
- No spam or unrelated solicitation to people you met here. A member's contact details are for
the freight in front of you, not for a mailing list.
- No harassment, threats, discrimination or abusive conduct toward members or our staff.
7. Security and the platform itself
- No probing, scanning or penetration-testing the service without our written permission.
- No malware, no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no interfering with other members'
accounts or data.
- No sharing log-ins, no automated account creation, no reverse engineering the platform.
- Found a vulnerability? Tell us at hello@logisticsets.com
before you tell anyone else. We will not come after anyone who reports one in good faith.
8. Your own third-party accounts
You connect your own load-board
and third-party accounts, and you remain bound by each provider's terms. Do not use
LogisticsETS to do something those terms forbid — including redistributing their data through
our platform. If a provider restricts your account, that is between you and them.
9. How we enforce this
Depending on what we find and how much risk
it carries, we may:
- ask you for documents — authority, insurance, proof of identity;
- limit posting or search while we look into it;
- suspend or close the seat, with or without notice;
- notify affected members, and report the matter to the FMCSA or law enforcement where that is
appropriate.
Verification is ongoing, not a one-time gate. Nothing here obliges us to monitor, and not acting
on one breach does not waive our right to act on another.
10. Report a problem
If someone on this network is not who they say
they are, email hello@logisticsets.com with the company
name, the MC or USDOT number, the load or posting involved, dates, and any documents you were sent.
We take double-brokering and identity reports seriously and we act on them.
